What are you currently reading?

While I haven’t read Daughter of Smoke and Bone, even though I heard great things about it. I also heard great things about this book as well.

What did you recently finish?

I enjoyed reading both of these books. Flame in the Mist was sort of like Mulan set within feudal Japan. Wintersong reminded me a lot of The Star Touched Queen with a little bit of Beauty and the Beast. Reviews will be coming soon.

What do you think you’ll read next?

This was mainly a premise grabber, and the main characters back story kinda reminded me a lot of Jon Snow in Game of Thrones. It looks really interesting.

What are you currently reading?

I loved the first book, Illuninae and this book is not disappointing. The unconventional narrative really makes the story stronger.

What did you recently finish?

My first read of 2017, and it was amazing. I gave it 4/5. Did a really good job at presenting us with an alternative history in which the Axis powers win the war.

What do you think you’ll read next?

One of the first books in my quest to read more diverse books, and its also set in Boston so that’s another plus. Its also a by a debut author, and I also heard really good things about it.

I heard a few things about this book and I decided to give it a read. It had a pretty interesting premise.

What did you recently finished?

A book that was on my TBR since the summer. I gave it a 3/5, it was a good read, but I wish that it dived more into the lore.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I loved the Lunar Chronicles, and I was very excited to see that she was writing another book. I heard this is a stand alone though.

This was on my TBR for a while now, and after reading Illuminae I always wanted to read more YA set in space.

What did you recently finish?

Seriously, why did it take me so long to finally read this?! I loved every page of it. Here is my review.

This was another book on very long TBR list, it was a surprisingly good book, I should have the review up by the end of the week.

What do you think you’ll read next?

This was a book I wanted to read for the longest time, I finally got the book and will be reading it soon.

I read Red Rising, loved it, and now I am going to read the next two book because I need to know what happens next.

What are you currently reading?

I read This Savage Song, really liked it so I am also reading V.E. Schwab other books as well.

What did you recently finish?

It was on my TBR, I really liked it. Sort of like a lite version of Game of Thrones with a lot of political intrigue. I will post the review later this week.

Really liked this one, a good conclusion to one my favorite trilogies. Here is my review for the book.

What did you think you’ll read next?

I have heard nothing but good things about this series, and most of my blogger friends are talking about this book, so I will most likely read this series.

Another book that was on my TBR list, just got it on my Nook and will be reading that shortly.

What are you currently reading?

I am reading Queen of the Tearling by: Erika Johnson

This was a book on my TBR list for a while, and I finally picked it up last week and I think it is pretty good so far.

A Darker Shade of Magic by: V.E. Schwab

Another book on my TBR list, I recently read This Savage Song and loved it so I decided to give her other books a shot.

What did you most recently finish?

You can find the review here. I liked this book, I gave it 4/5. It was a sort of retelling of the Ottoman empire.Sort of like a Game of Thrones-lite, but still enjoyable.

What do you think you will read next?

Yes! It came out yesterday, will buy on Friday. I love the series so far. I like how it is basically the making of a villain. I liked Marie Lu’s Legend trilogy and hopefully this trilogy will another favorite.

That is my WWW list. What books are you currently reading? What did you finish? Excited about the Midnight Star? Let me know in the comments!

Happy Wednesday!
